Cancellation Policy

Bachelorette Pilates Class – Booking Policy & Agreement Service Description This agreement applies to a 45-minute Bachelorette Pilates class, led by an instructor, designed for private group events. Classes may be mat-based or equipment-based depending on location and prior agreement. Booking & Payment A 100% deposit is required to secure your date and time, unless otherwise agreed upon. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full class fee. No refunds for no-shows. Late Start Policy If the group is not ready at the scheduled start time, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival or delayed setup is not refundable or extendable. Group Size Final group size must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the class. Location & Setup The client is responsible for providing: A safe, clean space with adequate room for movement A flat surface appropriate for Pilates Outdoor classes are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe conditions, the class may be modified or rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion. Alcohol & Safety Participants should limit alcohol consumption prior to class for safety reasons. The instructor reserves the right to modify or stop the class if participant safety is compromised. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Health & Liability Waiver All participants acknowledge that Pilates is a physical activity and participate at their own risk. Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to class. The instructor and business are not liable for injuries sustained during the session. Instructor Substitution In the rare event of instructor illness or emergency, a qualified substitute instructor may be provided. If a substitute is unavailable, the class will be rescheduled or refunded at the instructor’s discretion. Media & Marketing With permission, photos or short videos may be taken during class for marketing purposes. Please notify the instructor in advance if any participants prefer not to be photographed. Agreement By booking and submitting payment, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
